Classroom Aquarium Program

(Salmonids)
Returning Teacher Reg.
New Teacher Registration
CAEP partner Resources
Educator Resources
Students involved in this project will be engaged by a real-life experience of watching the salmon eggs hatch, the alevin grow and the free swimmers released into the Mokelumne River. They will learn about the life cycle of the salmon, their anadromous migration from fresh water to the salt water of the ocean and then back to fresh water to spawn.

To Participate in this program, teachers must attend Classroom Aquarium Education training at least once. Please fill out 'New Teacher Registration Form" and register for the October 22nd training. We aspire to loan all new teachers with the equipment after the training.

Returning teachers, please fill out "Returning teacher registration" form.
